Class Descriptions

Bootcamp

An interval training class that mixes cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed for each participant to go at their own pace. If you like lots of variation, this is the class for you! This class can be easily modified for all fitness levels. 

HIIT

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which you go all-out, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.

Strength Endurance 

Strength Endurance is a choreographed barbell class that uses light and medium weights for a total body workout. The music will keep you motivated to push through the high repetitions and leave you feeling energized! 

Flexibility Flow

This is a yoga inspired class focused on flexibility and balance. We'll work some basic yoga flows and stretches to gently lengthen and strengthen the whole body.

Kickboxing

This is a traditional Kickboxing class using Wavemaster punching bags. The workout builds cardiovascular endurance, core, upper body and lower body strength! This class can be modified to all fitness levels. 

Total Body Fusion

This class will combine elements of Pilates, Barre and Strength Training for a total body, low-impact workout, targeting each muscle group with high repetitions and isometric movements that will push you to the point of fatigue. Muscles are stretched immediately after being worked for relief and assisting in proper recovery. We will use a small ball, light weights, yoga blocks and resistance bands.
